Dogfood findings on v0.6.57 (#295):

Header crush root cause: the panel was created as an <aside>, so the sidebar's global aside button { width: 100% } rule applied to the star/close buttons and squeezed the title to nothing. Panel is now a <section>; .pvicon additionally pinned to flex: none; width: auto.
Row highlight no longer breaks at the table edges / shifts the border: top+bottom inset lines replaced by a 3px teal accent bar on the first cell + background tint.
Long files no longer stretch the page: panel + divider are sticky and bound to calc(100vh - 56px); #pvbody scrolls internally (MD/text scroll inside, PDFs contained in their viewer showing the first page). Same contained model planned for #297 office previews.
