Closes-when-verified: #304 (dogfood pending). Mockups approved 2026-08-21 (Overview v2 per Nikola's inspiration; Licensing variant B with B1 banner).

Overview: three stat cards (Total users = licensing seatsUsed, Storage used, Active peers = enabled peers via the peering admin API, "0" when peering off) over a badge table — bold labels, mono version/storage, green licensed/free plan badge, teal enabled / gray disabled peering badge.

Licensing: tabs (License/Seats/Billing) removed — one pane: customer-account banner at top (existing billingHint/billingManage strings → swisscairn.ch), seats bar card, facts table (plan+badge, expires, last check-in), then the existing key-install form + Refresh. loadLicExtras deleted; refreshLic renders the pane and keeps warnings/free-tier hint in lic-status. ADM_TABS.licensing = [].

Note: the ship normalized the file's — JS escapes to the literal em dash (semantically identical inside JS strings; node --check green) so splice anchors are consistent going forward.

Frontend-only — no Go changes.
