Step 1 of #454. Both dialects' digest-mismatch refusals now name: received Digest/Content-Digest header, computed digest, received body byte count, Content-Length header. Hashes and lengths only. TDD (red witnessed on runner). Turns the next NC share attempt into the capture for root-causing.
