Sidebar storage meter doesn't update after uploads until a page reload #666

Found in the #656 QA pass (v0.6.247, both dogfoods).

Matrix row: §2 "Upload (button + drop)" / "Large/resumable upload"; §9 "Storage usage" (user side).

Steps

Note the sidebar: Storage 8% · Storage: 173 MB of 2.0 GB.
Upload 5 small files, then a 110 MB file. The list updates live.
Look at the sidebar again, then reload.

Seen: the meter stays at 173 MB through all six uploads and changes to 283 MB / 14% only after a full reload. Same on files-bao (107 KB before and after uploads).

Expected: the meter refreshes when an upload (or delete/restore) completes, the same way the list does.

Minor copy note in the same widget: the label reads "Storage … 8%" and then "Storage: 173 MB of 2.0 GB", so "Storage" is said twice in two lines.
