v0.8 — Public launch
Go public: un-gate the landing page + docs site (#26, Paddle sandbox→live swap at the same moment), the GitHub mirror goes public (#27), docs handbook content lifted onto the site (#109). Renumbered from v0.6 on 2026-08-04 and from v0.7 on 2026-08-07: v0.6 is now the stateless-instance milestone (state-in-backend), v0.7 the closed beta — we launch only after peering (v0.5) is built, the instance is update-proof (v0.6), and testing (v0.7) is passed.
