Sixth batch: the move/copy picker cluster.

  • One empty state — the duplicate mono status line is gone (#660)
  • .pickfoot button:disabled dims and shows not-allowed (#661)
  • pickRootOf treats /home as the Personal root; the breadcrumb no longer renders the storage segment (#662)
  • Folder rows show counts: the code read it.itemCount, the API publishes items (#663)

Red-green: web/test/qa6.test.js. Frontend-only.

The empty folder keeps its single in-panel empty state; the picker's Move/Copy-here button visibly dims when disabled; the picker breadcrumb treats /home as Personal instead of rendering the storage segment; folder rows show their child counts (the code read itemCount while the API publishes items).
