v0.4 — Real competitor (parity + hardening)

Feature parity with Nextcloud/ownCloud for the target audience: authorization model (per-user homes, per-group spaces), group resolution, browser + desktop sync UX, Windows interop, external exposure, and the licensing plumbing (license file + server). This is the state at which Cairn is comfortably deployable and a genuine competitor — Nikola + Manuel run it for real. Draft ordering; will be re-filed as dogfooding surfaces changes.
