All four items from the #171 dogfood batch: one delegated backdrop-click handler covering every <dialog>; epoch mtimes rendered as an em dash; the current folder reflected into location.hash and restored on boot (refresh persistence + free deep links); p.peers/k.keys normalized at the parse site so an empty peering registry can never surface a raw JS error. CHANGELOG v0.6.1. Green on vet/test/build.
