Final ship of #244. Threads recipient Kind through the send path (SendSpec/Outbound/SendRequest -> PrepareRequest.recipient_kind), adds GET /peering/peers/{peer}/spaces (ReceiverSpaces client method, live via ListReceiverSpaces with local-history fallback), the send dialog's destination selector + space picker, and the peering card's recvSpaces receiver editor. Completes #244 end to end.
