Docs-only, reconciling the handbook and top-level docs with v0.6.48–v0.6.54:

  • admin-policy.md — title + deep-link map updated (Auto-purge tab is gone from Retention & holds); new "Deleted files (trash lifecycle)" section covering all three tabs (Retention with the never-delete default, instance-wide Manual purge with hold/retention badges and the purge-all dialog, Purge log with manual/automatic attribution); retention and holds wording now covers manual purge.
  • spaces.md — new "Deactivating and deleting a space" section (two deliberate steps, contents to Deleted files, name reservation, holds abort, audit names, app-owned-only note, listing-guard pointer); space-trash section links the admin surface.
  • index.md — page descriptions updated.
  • peering.md — the panel lives in Administration → Peering since the admin consolidation, not the user menu.
  • README.md — spaces bullet now reflects the app-owned default (ADR 0001) instead of pre-ADR IdP brokering, plus the lifecycle; trash bullet gains the Deleted files admin topic; governance bullet names the full trash lifecycle.
  • ARCHITECTURE.md — retention/auto-purge bullet extended with the admin surface, manual-purge API and purge log; spaces bullet gains the #286 lifecycle paragraph (including the RoleFor/SpacesForUser no-scope-changes note and the tombstone rationale).

No code changes; no release/deploy needed.
