Two follow-ups from the #315 live check: the Owner header rendered the literal key "colOwner" (the i18n entry was never added in #311 — invisible while the column was hidden); now translated in all four locales. And the file browser follows the window width — the 980px main cap raised to 1600px (admin was already uncapped). Phone experience pass split out as #389 per decision.
