Live-verification finding on v0.6.129: the admin shell styles .uarow as a two-column grid, so the seat rows' third child (kebab) wrapped under the name and its menu inherited a full-width containing block. One CSS line scopes a three-column template to #adm-seats. CHANGELOG v0.6.130.
