Approved variant A from federated-back-placement-mockup.html.

  • fedRenderServer: crumb + title + subtitle stack left, Back button right, on one .fedheadrow header row — mirrors the admin "Exit to files" pattern.
  • fedRenderBrowse: same header row with the full breadcrumb (Federated / server / name / path) left and Back right; the in-card crumb2 block and its CSS are gone.
  • Fixup: the browse header li is brhead — head collided with the pre-existing chead build (caught by the Web checks step on the previous PR), and bhead is already the bell menu header class.

Replaces #472 (closed: workflow-token pushes do not retrigger PR CI).
