Per the approved ocm-remove-server-dialog mockup: replaces the browser confirm() with a proper <dialog> — server name mono in the title (localised template split at {s}), consequence list with the legacy-only third line, danger button naming the action. Backdrop/Escape dismissal comes from the existing #171 global dialog wiring. The now-orphaned ocmRemoveConfirm/ocmRemoveConfirmLegacy i18n keys are removed. i18n ×4 for the seven new strings. CHANGELOG v0.6.160.
