First-dogfood-pass fixes (Nikola's screenshots, tracked in #552) plus the two ship-note follow-ups: mockup table columns with headers, toggling View members (no more append-on-click), toolbar buttons at mockup size beside the filter, surface-background inputs, inline duplicate-name errors in the dialogs, the Space marker on directory groups that are Cairn spaces (owner attribute + -ro twins, flagged through spaces.ListGroups → API → UI, with a test), and softened peering receiver copy now that app-owned groups resolve without the IdP admin client. Fence gate + full test suite green.

Dogfood pass fixes: Group/Members/Used-by grid columns with headers on
both groups tables; View members toggles and never appends twice; New
group / Add local user sized per mockup and placed beside the filter;
filter inputs on the surface background; duplicate names show an
inline dialog message instead of a bare 409 toast. Follow-ups:
spaces.ListGroups marks space groups (owner attribute + -ro twins)
and the flag rides the API into a Space marker in the Used-by
column; peering receiver copy updated now that app-owned groups
resolve without the IdP admin client. Space-flag test added.
