The entry for the whole #529 2/3 slice — #573, #574, #575, #576, #578, #580, #581, #582, #583. None of it has been released; v0.6.211 predates all of it.

Written as one feature story rather than ten, since #580 and #582 were corrections to code that never shipped and have nothing to say to a reader of the changelog.

Also records the one operator-visible consequence worth knowing before upgrading: ShareInternalDisabled is a new field, stored negative, so an instance upgrading into it keeps internal sharing on.

Note for the next one-shot: main is protected, so a one-shot that pushes straight to it dies on pre-receive hook declined behind an unhelpful Internal Server Error. Push a branch and open a PR.
