The #586 fix, written for an operator rather than a reviewer: what was broken, how wide it was, and the fact that nothing was written so there is nothing to undo.

Names the scope honestly — the whole Administration area, not just sharing — since anyone who ran v0.6.212 saw markup defaults on those pages and may have drawn conclusions from them.
