Approved mockup batch A rev 2, blocks 1–3. Menu entry renamed to carry the copy semantics (mSendPeer → mSendCopy, incl. row-menu.test.js), dialog title/label/button reworded, sendLead governance line added. i18n ×4. Guard test send-copy.test.js. Red witnessed, green 20/20.

Row-menu entry renamed (mSendPeer -> mSendCopy, carried into
row-menu.test.js), dialog title 'Send a copy of', destination label
'Destination instance', button 'Send copy', and a lead line stating the
copy is delivered to the recipient's inbox and governed by the
destination instance. i18n x4. Guard test web/test/send-copy.test.js.
