Docs-only. Brings the written word up to shipped behaviour:

sharing.md ("When an owner departs"): the #650 outage tri-state — health probe, explicit outage notice with disabled actions, 503 on transfer/revoke during an outage, detection lag bounded by the admin token TTL; plus the residual broken-link row after a transfer and revoke-all's permanence.
local-accounts.md: generated passwords are now 12 random characters with guaranteed classes (ambiguous glyphs excluded); the delete flow's fact dialog described.
deployment.md: {origin} placeholder in oidcLogoutUrl.
ARCHITECTURE.md §9: the preview converter speaks two dialects (Gotenberg / Collabora convert-to, preview.converterKind, #631).
feature-matrix.md: five rows updated/added — origin-aware sign-out, the Move/Copy destination picker expectations, double-click open (new row), converter previews on both dogfoods/dialects, and the departed-owners row now naming the canon dialogs, outage behaviour and revoke permanence.

Style guide already carries the Tabs and Dialogs canon sections from earlier slices; CHANGELOG is release-driven and current.
