Two deterministic sweeps plus targeted fixes: all ~100 body-copy rem font sizes snap to the px scale; every hyphen-as-dash inside the dictionary becomes an em dash. Inline actions go sentence case; "Last seen" → "Last sign-in" (honest label); the legacy-servers OCM status pluralises via tn with em dashes; fmtTimeRaw renders browser-local time instead of unlabeled UTC; canonical select styling + accent focus ring; release-notes link takes the accent colour; .linkbox buttons leave mono; departed-tab badge goes muted 11px; @media (pointer: coarse) grows row actions to 42×44.

Consciously left out (residue, noted on the tracker close): kvbadge state-tint drift and the Overview-vs-Custody "On" colour (deliberate tints per the issue), the Deleted-files retention banner (built dynamically; needs a live-DOM pass), the raw gRPC text in Transfers (render site is exercised only by real peer traffic — fold into the #106 A↔B dogfood), the bare Go 404 for expired links (server-side, own small change), the "Signed in now" count semantics (data question), Collabora welcome popup and READ-ONLY SPACE label (Collabora-side), and the public share page palette (own surface, own pass).

Pins in web/test/qa694.test.js (including a scanner: any i18n string with " - " or any body-copy rem size fails CI).

Every body-copy font size leaves rem for the px scale (about a hundred rules snapped to 10.5/11/11.8/12/12.5/13/14/15); inline actions become sentence case (Revoke, Remove, Restore, Delete forever); Last seen becomes Last sign-in, which is what the field holds; the legacy-servers OCM status pluralises via tn and gains em dashes, and every hyphen-as-dash inside the dictionary becomes an em dash; times render in the browser timezone instead of unlabeled UTC; selects get the canonical border, radius and accent focus ring; the release-notes link takes the accent colour; OCM Check/Allow leave the mono font; the departed-owners tab badge goes muted 11px per canon; row actions grow to 44px on coarse pointers.
