Nikola's correction to #17's heal: an outsourced admin may hold licenses for several end-customer organizations under one account, so healing a ctm_ org to the account's org name would stamp the wrong company onto a client's license. The per-license label — already the customer's per-license identity — now wins the heal; the account org name applies only to unlabelled licenses, and custom (non-ctm_) orgs are never touched. All three paths test-pinned.
