The landing page's deploy snippet is docker run … ghcr.io/swisscairn/cairnd:1 — a pre-launch placeholder. That image/tag does not exist yet (the GitHub mirror goes public at launch, Cairn #27; images today live on the private Forgejo registry).

Decision (Nikola, 2026-09-06): do not update the snippet now — the published tag scheme may still change, so the snippet gets its final form as one of the very last commits before go-public, so it ships as fresh as possible.

Launch checklist item, alongside removing the noindex meta and the basic-auth preview gate (Cairn #26):

  • Publish the image (and the :1 or final tag scheme) at the GitHub mirror / ghcr
  • Update the landing deploy snippet to the final, tested pull command
  • Verify the command verbatim on a clean machine before un-gating

Launch-checklist addition from #23 (closed): swap Paddle from sandbox to live — PADDLE_ENV="production", replace the embedded sandbox client token (test_ab44…, ctkn_01m1t5056qzb7eff6ppf8nad6a) with a live client-side token, and verify the live catalog carries the CHF prices (3/mo, 30/yr) before un-gating. Same commit window as the ghcr snippet freshening.

  • Rename the Paddle business name to Swisscairn — dashboard-only (Business account → business details), separately for the sandbox account ("Swiss Cairn Sandbox" today) and the live account. The name appears in the checkout's consent line and receipts.
  • While there: decide whether the marketing-consent checkbox stays enabled (dashboard checkout settings; currently on).
