Fixes the factually false pricing bullet ("Deployments at or under 50 users never contact us — not even with a key installed" — untrue since Cairn v0.3.23/#89) and aligns index.html's "Above the cap" copy, the docs.html licensing brief, the account.html billing-split note, and the repo README with the precise promise: no key installed ⇒ the instance never contacts us; with a licence ⇒ monthly check-in, licence id and nothing else (Cairn #428).
