The repo carried only the durable core (tokens, styles.css, SKILL.md, overview HTML); components/ (16 components: jsx + d.ts + prompt each), guidelines/ (16 specimen cards), assets/ and the four ui_kits/ lived only in the Claude Design export on Nikola's machine. Imported from the Aug 25 export (the newer of the two local copies) — design/system/ is now the canonical home, 100 files.

Delta reconciled on import: the ui_kits and overview carried the same phone-home imprecision fixed on the live site earlier (Cairn #428), including the false "at or under 50 users never contact us — not even with a key installed" bullet in the marketing and account kits. All wording now keyed to the licence. The readme's structure section updated accordingly (previous "core here, rest in the export" split is superseded). The one remaining old-wording match under design/uploads/ is the archived redesign prompt, intentionally untouched as history.

The repo previously carried only the durable core (tokens, styles, SKILL,
overview html); components/, guidelines/, assets/ and the four ui_kits/
lived only in the Claude Design export on Nikola's machine. The full
system (Aug 25 export, 100 files) is now canonical here.

Delta reconciled on import: the phone-home wording in the ui_kits and the
overview carried the same imprecision fixed on the live site (Cairn #428)
- including the false 'at or under 50 users never contact us, not even
with a key installed' bullet in two kits. All now keyed to the licence:
no key installed = never contacts us; any licence = monthly check-in,
licence id and nothing else.
