Client-side tokens are public embed values (they can only open checkouts and price previews), so the sandbox token belongs in the page now rather than at launch: this enables site-driven sandbox checkout in account.html and lights up the landing's localized pricing — both behind the preview gate. The launch act shrinks to swapping sandbox→live token+env (#26/#27). Token minted via the Paddle MCP (ctkn_01m1t5056qzb7eff6ppf8nad6a, "cairn-site sandbox").
