Closes-when-verified: #301 (dogfood pending). Mockups approved 2026-08-21; Version/Updates rows removed from storage per review (they live under Overview/Updates topics — polish tracked in #302).

Avatar dropdown: storage section with usage text + teal fill bar (bar only when a per-user quota is set), hairline dividers above and below (bottom divider inside the section, so it disappears with it).
Admin Storage & quotas / Usage: bordered usage card ("Usage" left, amount right, fill bar) + bordered kv table with storage-only rows: Driver, Endpoint (mono), Bucket, Path (posix), Encryption; config-source sentence + read-only hint as footnotes. loadStorageCard rewritten; the updates sub-check removed here (still in loadUpdatesTopic, verified exactly one admin/updates call remains).
Limits: bordered rows with right-aligned number inputs.

Frontend-only — no Go changes.
