Before the public launch (docs-site un-gate, #26), do a full reconciliation pass over docs/handbook/ against what actually shipped through v0.7.

Why now-vs-then matters: the handbook pages are drafted from the current (v0.6.x) shipping behaviour, but the v0.7 closed-beta batch will change UI/UX — admin/user surface wording, layouts, and flows are being collected during dogfooding for a dedicated batch run once the current v0.7 tasks finish. Docs written today will drift.

Checklist for the pass:

Re-verify every page against the live UI: admin Settings (quotas, audit toggle, retention/auto-purge, instance name/shares), the account-menu storage line, the update-check card, sharing/spaces/peering flows.
Add screenshots (the current pages note they're pending — e.g. admin-policy.md flags Settings wording as still settling).
Fill the remaining #109 backlog if not already done: WebDAV client setup, OIDC + LDAP/AD setup, backup & recovery runbook, troubleshooting FAQ; consider a config-reference.md.
Keep it product-neutral (no lab hostnames/IPs), per the handbook directory rules.
Cross-check the CHANGELOG range from v0.6.14 → launch and ensure every behaviour-changing feature updated a page.

This is the docs half of the v0.8 going-public batch (#26/#27), and the natural closeout of the ongoing #109 accumulation.
